Who we are
Assets Mover is an app for Jira Service Management, developed by Salvatore Giardina, Via Correggio 5, 43045 Fornovo di Taro (PR), Italy, VAT number IT02995360340. Contact: admin@brieftodone.com.
The beta
The beta is free. It runs until Assets Mover is published on the Atlassian Marketplace, or for at most 3 months. We may change or stop it at any time. When it ends, uninstall the beta app from your site.
As is
The beta is provided as is, without warranties. It changes data in your Atlassian site: we strongly recommend testing on a sandbox, and you should download the backup the app offers before every move. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the beta.
Your Atlassian data
The app runs on Atlassian's platform and sends no data outside Atlassian. Move plans, progress and backups are stored in your site's app storage for 90 days, or until you delete them from the app's History page. We cannot access them.
The app stores the Atlassian account IDs found in that data (for example in user attributes) and reports them to Atlassian every week, as Atlassian requires. When an account is closed, the app deletes the moves that contain it.
Personal data we collect
Only what you send us: the beta sign-up form (name, work email, company, site address and your answers), your feedback and your support emails. We use it only to run the beta and improve the app. We keep it for 6 months after the beta ends and never sell or share it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at admin@brieftodone.com.
Feedback
You agree that we may use your feedback to improve the app. We will quote you publicly only with your explicit permission.
